Novaforesta New World at 7 weeks

Novaforesta New World is my boy that used to sleep under the sofa ( and get stuck) however he has worked out he is too big now and hasn't done it for several days or maybe he now prefers to sleep under the grown up dog bed that we have in the kitchen! Having also now fed the pups on their own, he is not a fast eater either which was a surprise as he was always in the food bowl which made it harder for the others to eat.

Martha and Murdoch puppies are 7 weeks

Before you all panic, I will be posting individual photos soon but just thought you might to see the gang in action together. I have been lucky enough to have had so many visitors over the week and some very special ones too, as one of my puppy owners from Croatia is on holiday and popped in to see the pups which is also the reason why I have these beautiful photos ( thank you Malik) As for telling you who they all are.....hmm......I can identify Gloves!. This litter has been a dream so long may it continue, the puppies remain very contented, they sleep very well and they are a quiet bunch, so even if they become hooligans this week I will forgive them and so far only one ( no not saying who) that bites your ankles!

Novaforesta Laurel Oak at 7 weeks

Laurel Oak soon to be called Archie is very sweet, today he had an  adventure as he met my daughters cat., he was very brave until she hissed! He has very good concentration for a puppy as he will sit for ages waiting for a treat, the other pups get bored but never Archie.He is such a boy, maybe because he is the only male in the litter but he makes us laugh.

She is always watching for some action

Novaforesta Lily of the Valley, her favorite game is biting the tail of Pi who has just started politely telling her off. The pups have teeth like needles and when they attack from behind and get your legs it hurts. Lily is very attached to her brother, and they can often be found together curled up, she is probably the fastest runner in the litter, or perhaps just the leading puppy when they break out into the garden :)

Novaforesta Lydia Broom at 7 weeks old

Lydia Broom soon to be called Tove, she is a lively little madam that has struck up a real friendship with Pi. During the evening it is the job of Pi to wear out the puppies before bed, and she does the job well. Tove and Pi play rolling games across the floor and you never hear a squeak from Tove even though it looks rather rough. She is still very like Lenten Rose, but Tove has her coat growing in two lines down her back so I can tell but with photos it is almost impossible, these two girls are like twins  

Novaforesta James Brown at 7 weeks

Novaforesta James Brown soon to be called Boris, today he discovered a new room in the house so he stayed still for a couple of seconds but as I was standing behind him you have a rear end view :).
Biggest problem today was having 11 pups who never stop wagging their tails, they are a very happy litter so Hallie has done a grand job.

Novaforesta Joe Jackson at 7 weeks old

Novaforesta Joe Jackson soon to be called Monty, I caught him in the act of eating gravel! but pups have to learn about things like this and always good to check out stones whilst still with us as if you don't panic most pups will spit them out and lesson learnt.

Novaforesta Joss Stone at 7 weeks

Novaforesta Joss Stone now known as Moppet, she will be staying with her Mum Hallie so another little girl who will be making her debut in the showring in France one day we hope

Novaforesta Joan Jet at 7 weeks

Novaforesta Joan Jet aka Olive, I think she will be like her Mum Hallie in looks and character.This is a lucky girl as she will be joining a family who already have a Barbet :)
